How Reiki Helps

Reiki can help enhance your own natural healing abilities. It’s practiced in peaceful and calm surroundings whilst time is taken out from the stress of everyday life. It allows healing energy to flow freely throughout the body while you relax and it eases stress and tension to aid overall wellbeing. It’s a treatment that anyone can enjoy and can be used alongside any other conventional or complementary treatment. There are no known contra-indications from Reiki and no special equipment is required. It’s practised by Reiki Masters and/or Practitioners who have trained in the tradition via a Reiki Master/Teacher.
