What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing.

It’s a complementary therapy and its name comes from two words – “Rei” meaning “universal” and “ki” meaning “energy”. The tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It’s a technique used to reduce stress and aid relaxation to promote healing.
